Usability lab: Essential for efficient and pragmatic usability evaluation
In the usability lab, subjects are observed while working on interactive products, (graphical) user interfaces and manuals. Our usability lab meets the following requirements::- workplace in a sound-proof test room complete with internet connection (high-speed or modem, according to needs), touch screen monitor
- observation room for the usability experts and up to 5 additional observers/guests attending the test complete with recording and analyzing facilities
- one-way mirror between test room and observation room to provide direct view for the observers without distracting the subjects by feeling observed
- cameras and scan converters for recording both hardware and software tests and for recording the users while performing the tasks
- digital recording and rendering
